chimaera = The term chimera is derived from a hybrid creature in Greek mythology. The chimera is a fire-breathing monster, a lion in front, a goat in the middle, and a dragon behind, which was killed by Bellerophon. In a figurative sense, chimera also stands for a fantasy, absurdity, or figment of the imagination.
