Name: Anthurium xanthophylloides, G.M.Barroso 1970
Synonyme: nicht bekannt
Etymologie: xantho = gelb, phyllo = Blatt, oides = sieht aus wie.
Herkunft: Brasilien
Standort: terrestrisch oder lithophytisch in ca. 500m Höhe in Esperito Santo, Zufallsfund auf der Fazenda von Roberto Kautsky (Orchideensammler, Botaniker). Sie wächst vor allem in saisonal trockener, tropischer Umgebung.
Anmerkungen: im ausgewachsenen Zustand stehen die länglichen Blätter senkrecht, sie sind lederartig und verfügen über kontrastierende, sehr stabile Blattadern.
