Hello, i want to extend my gratefulness for the amazing costumer support I had. My order was delivered in the wrong address, the deliverery person took a picture of somebody's house with my box on a porch. I really cannot figure out whose porch it was, since I kinda know my nieghbors and I am pretty sure none of them has that porch. So I filed a complain, and the costumer service assisted me. They replied to my emails immediately, which really made a difference. On top of that, my plants arrived the next week. They are all healthy and fresh. I didn't mind the delay since the plants were safe. Or maybe they were actually another set of plants, but to sum it up, this store is trustworthy, they have good costumer service, which for me counts a lot. I recommend this store.
