Origin: Colombia, Ecuador
Location: epi- or lithophytic, climbing or twining.in the moist, warm, open rainforest at altitudes of 1000-1700m.
Remarks: Philodendron rugosum differs from all other known species by its thick, broadly egg-shaped leaves, which are finely etched on the upper surface, similar to an upholstery fabric known commercially as "Naugahyde (American imitation leather)". Colloquially, the surface is also called "pigskin".

Alles gut

Sehr schöne Pflanze.kam gut an und hatte schöne Wurzeln.
Hat nach den Umtopfen nur ein Blatt verloren. Aktuell wächst ein neues nach.
