etymology: gloriosum = praiseworthy, great
Reproduction: Division
Origin: Colombia
Location: terrestrial creeping, in dark locations along the upper reaches of the Orinoco at altitudes of around 500m. It is assumed that there are other locations, but these are not currently registered.
Remarks:
Philodendron gloriosum is one of the most beautiful representatives of this genus, with its multicolored leaves in shades of green and the dense foliage a real eye-catcher. And the many different varieties make this genus representative one of the most exciting among the aroid plants.
