Origin: Ecuador, Colombia
Location:
Epiphytic on mossy trees in the Pacific Andes of northern Ecuador and southern Colombia at altitudes of about 1500m.
Remarks:
The flowers of Dracula venosa are about 2 x 8cm in size, the inflorescence stalks grow downwards and almost always bear only one terminal flower.
